SCRIPTURE:
Psalm 105:1-2 “O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. [2] Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works”
Thanksgiving is God's commandment. As a believer we must pay attention to it. Today we are going to examine some of the benefits of thanksgiving in-order to be more committed to gratitude in our fellowship with God Psalm 92:1-2. God sees us as a grateful person when we demonstrate a positive attitude of thanksgiving to Him. He will take note of our grateful heart and pour His blessings upon us. Some of these benefits are;
1). Access to His presence. Ps 100 4-5
2). Thanksgiving will balance our spiritual life as we continue to see things in a positive dimension Phil. 4; 6.
3). Thanksgiving will provoke God to take over our battle 2chro 20 v 21-24.
4). Thanksgiving will bring restoration and perfection.
5). Thanksgiving will make you to humble yourself before God and ascribe all the Glory to Him. Pro. 29: 23.
6). Thanksgiving will make you to flourish in your endeavors like Palm tree Ps 67; 6-8. The benefits of thanksgiving are enormous. Let us make it our lifestyle to give thanks unto God always as we proceed into the new Month. You will continue to enjoy peace and abundant blessings of God
PRAYER POINTS
Thank You Lord because You always inhabit our praises. Thank You Lord for supplying our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Appreciate God for the opportunity given to Christlike Assembly members to express our profound gratitude over His good works in our Ministry and family. I pray for our mother in the Lord Rev. Christianah Odunayo Joshua Ketiku and her children that you continually fill their mouth with wonders to be grateful for all the days of their lives in Jesus name.
