TEXT: 2 PET 1:3, 1 COR 1:30, 2 COR. 12:9-10)
Many of us have been told that we are not good enough. We might have made mistakes of trying to live up to other people’s standards and qualifications. When we trust Jesus, we are always good enough in the eyes of God. We don’t have to depend on self effort to make a successful life for ourselves. The God we trust has already taken care of our success.
Through His grace, He has provided everything that we need for life and godliness and He’s waiting for us to simply receive from Him. Being born again allows Christ to live in us and to make us everything. He’s Wisdom, Righteousness, sanctification and redemption and because we are in Christ Jesus, all of those qualities are now ours. Is that not good enough, that is what Christ does for us, He makes us good enough.
We don’t achieve right standing with God by doing the right things, we qualify by being in Christ Jesus. It has nothing to do with our actions but it has everything to do with our position. Christ makes us good enough because of Him. We no longer have to identify ourselves the way the World does; our identity is rooted in Christ Jesus. Jesus Christ justifies each and every One of us and makes us good enough for ourselves and for the society at large- Say it out loud to yourself “I am good enough”
PRAYERS :
Truly truly you are good to me and my household. Your loving kindness is seen all around me. I give You thanks indeed for all You are to me. Holy spirit move on my behalf, hasten me up by grace, catapult me from the back position into the front line position. Grace my feet for divine speed in my assignment. Turn my mockers to my followers. in Jesus name. I’m not inferior. I’m complete in Christ.
