SCRIPTURE:
Matt 6: 33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you “
To put God first is to give Him top priority in our lives and allow Him to take charge. We were created for Him and if we shall fulfill that purpose, we must have an unbroken fellowship with Him. To Put Him first is to put that fellowship at the front burner. We wake up in the morning to adore Him before anything else. You must also put Him first in your relationship, your marriage, your home and your business. This means that all these mentioned areas are run based on the Word of God. When you do, you will see that things will fall into pleasant and proper places in your life. In the midst of challenges, He will always make a way of escape.1Cor10:13
How do you put God in front?
1). You put God first by checking the focus of your heart frequently because anything you focus on excessively can be a distraction between you and God.
2). You dedicate your life to him by getting involved in church activities 3). You spend quality time with Him in prayer and His word every day.
4). You consult with Him before making any life decision.
Benefits of putting God first.
1). Makes us to accept His direction for our lives Jer.29vs11 2). Allows us to experience happiness Ron.8v28
3). We experience peace 1Peter 5v7
4). We have a solid foundation of building our spiritual life Rom 8vs6
5). Enables God to be our sole provider

Thank God for who He is. Appreciate God for His Mercy and love and ask for forgiveness of the sin of not putting Him first in your life. Father, I receive Grace for patience to wait in Your directions in my life. Father, give all Christlike Assembly members grace to stay focused You and deliver us from distractions. Father help our Mother in the Lord Rev. Mrs. Odunayo Joshua Ketiku and her children to be strong and courageous in their walk with You in Jesus name
