SCRIPTURE: Psalm 89:17 . “
You are their glorious strength. Our power is based on your favour. ( NLT ).
Our strength alone as human cannot take us far. In God lies our strength when life’s storms seem to overwhelm us. No wonder Paul said “be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might” Ephesians 6:10. If truly God is your strength you cannot fail. If truly He is your strength you cannot be defeated. If truly you know that your strength is in Him, your protection is sure and your victory is certain. David as a shepherd boy knew where his strength lies when he encountered the challenge that looked unsurmountable. He boasted in the Lord God of Israel who was the source of his strength to defeat Goliath 1Samuel 17.
Your relationship and deeper understanding of who He is will give you the assurance of His promises in His Word that He cannot lie. So, lean on Him and be rest assured that His strength is able to carry you through. For in Him we move, in Him we live and in Him we have our being Acts 17:28. So decide today to make Him your strength.
PRAYER POINTS
Give thanks to God for being your strength and ask God to continually strengthen you in every area of your life and also give to you victory over that particular situation that has given you concern.
Declare that the Lord is the strength of our mama Rev Mrs. Odunayo Joshua Ketiku.
Give Him thanks for answered prayers.
