APRIL 8TH
SCRIPTURE : _”Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage, be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed, for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1:9 Do you realize that there are many blessings associated with God’s presence? God’s presence is the antidote for fear and discouragements. In Exodus 33:15 God had already promised He would go with them, but Moses was saying ” more than the promised land, we want You, God. The promised land meant nothing if God wasn’t going to go with them. Like Moses, we should say ” If Your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. Moses never knew where he was going with God, God may not always provide a signpost to but once He is involved, success is guaranteed. For God’s presence to go with you, you must have relationship with Him. How will you be asking someone to go with you throughout the day when you don’t know Him. You can’t just jump on Him like that. There is a prize to pay, in the place of prayer, waiting, fasting, meditation and fellowship. The smartest way to get Him involved in the Journey is to be an Evangelist for Him. You won’t pray for His Presence; you will enjoy It Continually. Good God will give us the grace to seek Him genuinely so we can secure His Presence.
PRAYER POINTS: Thank You Father for Your presence in my life, family, my Job, in my relationship with You. Father, forgive me for not taking Your presence seriously in my life. Father, you spirit of fear that is not making me to enjoy the presence of God to Fullness you are judged in Jesus Name. Father, as this family goes out today Your presence shall be mighty in our lives. Amen.
