TEXT:
Exod.13.21 – “And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night”
God made provision to protect the children of Israel in the wilderness. They were able to go day and night through the wilderness because of the pillar of cloud by day, and the pillar of fire by night. The pillar of cloud led the way by day and the Pillar of Fire came in by night to give them light. The pillar of cloud was not only leading them but covering the children of Israel from scorching hot sun. Ps 105:39. The pillar of fire in the night gave them warmth and light. God is still the same today. As He Shielded the children of Israel for 40 years through the Wilderness, He is alive to do the same for as many that would come to Him. See Him as the Pillar of Cloud side by side with His Promise that the sun shall not smite you by day. Psalm 121:6. God cannot fail, put your trust in Him. Hold unto to His word as you read and obey it. He will surely protect you.
PRAYER POINTS
Lord thank You for Your protection over my life and my family. Lord guide and lead me the way I should go today. Lord let the fire of holy ghost surround Christlike family. Ps.121.6 – The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. I declare in Jesus name the Lord will protect and lead His servant Pst (Mrs.) Odunayo Omotayo Joshua Ketiku and her family by his Mercy, God will shield them from every evil. Thank You for answered prayers.
