TEXT:1Cor.10.13 “But remember that the temptations that come into your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will keep the temptation from becoming so strong that you can’t stand up against it. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you will not give in to it”. (NLT)
Divine Escape means God’s Deliverance from evil. The scripture makes us to understand that we have one enemy, who has the mission to destroy. We can see in 1Pet.5.8 “Be careful! Watch out for attacks from the Devil, your great enemy. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for some victim to devour.” (NLT) and also John.10.10 these scripture makes us to understand that, the covenant guarantees the escape of the believer from the wickedness and destruction of the devil. The duty of the enemy is to work tirelessly for the destruction of the believer but, it is against the covenant for a child of God to be cut down by the enemy. The covenant provides Divine Escape from the attacks of the devil. Psalm 124:1-6, verse 6 says “Blessed be the LORD, who did not let their teeth tear us apart!”. Jesus escaped every trap of destruction set for Him. He escaped from death Luke 4:28. Covenants demands for Divine Escape. 1) One must be born again. Salvation turns the believer to a wind which cannot be trapped. Heb 2:3 2) You must work in the light of His word. Eph 6:12. 3) One must stay in Love. Eph 3:17-19. 4) You must keep serving God. ex 4:22-23. The covenant is the believer’s guarantee against the wickedness of the wicked.
PRAYER POINTS
Thank God for the salvation of your life if you are born again. Thank Him for every Divine Escape you have experienced in life. I will escape every evil planned against me and my family. Christlike Assembly will not experience evil throughout this month in Jesus name. Evil shall be far from Your servant Pst Mrs. Odunayo Joshua Ketiku and her children. She Divinely escapes every evil plot. Thank You Jesus for answered prayer.
