Ps.97.3 – “A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies roundabout”
Fire is a symbol of divinity in Christianity, fire can also be symbol of religious zeal and martyrdom. It is a sense of superiority and control. Our God has supremacy over every creature. When God goes out, one of the elements accompanying Him as His protocol Officer is “combustive Holy Ghost fire.” In the scripture above we can see that the fire that goes before God burns up His enemies roundabout. As a believer that has God in truth, the enemy cannot withstand you. Your protection is Guaranteed. The word “roundabout” means any side the enemy turns to; the enemy is consumed. we see in another scripture Heb.12.29 – For our God is a consuming fire. What a great God we serve. Relax, be sure of your protection in Ps.97.5 – “The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.” You are so privileged to have a living God as your God. WHAT TO DO; 1) Give your life to Jesus. 2) Serve Him with all your heart. 3) Call upon Him in every situation. 4) Study the bible to know Him more.
PRAYER POINTS
Thank God for the privileged to know Him. Thank Him for His goodness and mercy over you and your family. Lord, let Your fire consume every enemy of my life and my family. Raise a wall of fire around Christlike family that there will be no place for the devil to access our lives in Jesus name. O Lord, whatever touches the servant of God Pst. (Mrs.) Odunayo Omotayo Joshua Ketiku and her family, touches fire be it material or immaterial, be it bodily being or spirit being in Jesus name. Thank God for answered prayers.
