SCRIPTURE:
Psalms 97:3. “A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about”. We all need the fire of God to fall upon our life, ministry, business, etc. Anywhere Fire is burning, especially a great Fire, people always gather.
If for instance a house is on Fire, a crowd must gather at the scene even if they don’t like the person whose house is burning. Most times, they gather to see how to assist to put out the Fire. Fire always attracts people. Fire must fall upon you not to destroy you but to empower you for the works of God to be revealed in you. On the day of Pentecost, the work of God was manifested, displayed and illustrated by fire in the disciples that gathered in the upper room (Act 2). As they were ‘burning’ people gathered to watch them burn. Peter took advantage of the situation and began to speak to the crowd and 3,000 souls were saved just in one meeting. It was unprecedented. You need to pray fervently that fire from heaven will fall on you, it is not for Pastors only. Every child of God needs it in order to become who God wants them to be. When you carry this fire, you will be a terror to your enemy. Without the Fire of God in a man’s life, Christianity journey will not be easy. Many will deny their faith and will go back to their old lifestyle. As we go out today, the Fire of God will burn in us, burn through us and go before us. Amen
PRAYER POINTS
Thank You Father, for the level of Your Fire inside me, and thank You Father for the greater one You still have in stock for me. To You be all Glory. Father, let there be rain of fire upon my life that will destroy every deposit of satan in my life. Father, every problem (name them) harassing my life, I break your backbone by Fire. Father, let Your Fire fall upon Your daughter for this assignment so that the work will be easy Amen.
