TEXT: PS.100:4, 1KING 11:13,36. ESTHER 2:7,
PS. 84:11,
In the part 1 of this lesson, we learned that Praise grants you the grace to be in the presence of God. Today, we are discussing on how PRAISE gives you the grace for THANKSGIVING.Ps.100:4 says and I quote”Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name”. There is this adage that says there is a light at the end of the tunnel. After your encounter with the Lord in His Court, the next thing is Thanksgiving. No matter the difficulty you might have encountered during your pressing into His presence, that you eventually entered, you must come out with thanksgivings and that will be your testimony in Jesus name.
I don’t know if you have already achieved all your purpose on Earth but unlike me, I’ve just started. That is why I am entering the presence of God with my hands up looking for help from the Lord and I know I am coming out with Thanksgivings. What about you? Praise brings Thanksgiving When you count yourself as nothing before the Lord in your praises. 2Sam.6:14.
When you lay down all your filthiness and confess before entering His presence, Follow peace with all men.
PRAYERS
Thank Him for all He has done so far in this month of December. Worship Him in the beauty of His holiness for the testimony you have already. Father, Mama Odunayo Joshua will not mourn over any of her spiritual and biological children in Jesus name.
