TEXT: PSALMS 145, ROMANS 15:11.
What is Praise? Praise is the inner strength made audible with a healthy spiritual life. Praise is done in the physical but manifest in the spiritual. Ingredients of praise includes clapping (hand), singing (mouth), dancing (legs), beat(instruments) Psalms 47:1&3. When praise is done from a true heart, it brings down the presence of God. The harmonisation of our clap/worship offering connects us to God spiritually since God is a Spirit. John 4:24.
Praise brings us into a closer relationship with God.Ex 25:8. God told Moses to build a sanctuary that HE(God) may dwell in on Earth. God doesn’t want anything to dwell in us but Him. He want a relationship which can only come through praise. Psalms 22:3. Any relationship needs communication, our relationship with Christ needs communication. Talk to your Father.
Good Praise and worship brings down the hand of God on your situation. Joshua 6:16.Praise Him for a saving grace. Eph 2:5. Praise God for His goodness and mercy. Ps136;145:7. Praise God for He hath done great things for you Deu.10:21. Praise God for His loving kindness and compassion. Ps145:8. Praise God for His protection. 2 Sam.22:4.
PRAYERS
Father, we bless your name for you are worthy to be praised.Think deeply and praise God for Ten things you can remember.Praise Him over that issue bordering your heart. Tell God that Praise awaits you in my life as I go out prosper me today.
