SCRIPTURE:
Song of Solomon 2:15 “Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines, for our vines have tender grapes”.
Little foxes are very common in Palestine and they like to eat grapes. They are fond of digging holes and often dug holes in the edges round the gardens and unless they are strictly fenced off or prevented, they would destroy the whole farm. Little foxes spoil the vines. Little sins like the fox make some holes (impression) in the mind, and if not checked it will grow to that which is hateful to Christ. This will affect our Fellowship and communion with Him. A great sin may not destroy a Christian in the sense that the sinner quickly recognizes and makes amend for repentance but a little sin can make him miserable. Jesus Christ will not walk with people who are not trustworthy. John 15:10, if you would live with Christ and walk with Him through fellowship, you must take heed of the little foxes that corrupt our Spirit man. ◾Impatience is a little fox that spoils Long-suffering Heb10:35-37
◾Doubt is a little fox that spoils Faith John 20:25
◾Pride is a little fox that spoils Meekness 2Chro26:15-16.
PRAYER POINTS
Thank You Good God, for exposing that little fox in my life this morning I Bless Your Holy Name.
Father, by Your Power, expose the remaining little foxes in my life and help me to destroy them before they destroy me.
Every fox hole dug into my destiny vineyard, l pour the blood of Jesus Christ to fill you up.
Holy Spirit, Help Our mother in the Lord be to be perfect before you. Amen
