TEXT:
Ps.16.11 – “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
Joy is a feeling of good cheer and vibrant happiness. It is a deep-rooted inspired happiness. Joy is an emotion that is very consistent and internal. Joy is different from happiness. Happiness comes when something pleasant happens, it comes and goes but true joy is a limitless life defining transformation reservoir wanting to be tapped into. Keys to joy:
1). Give your life to Jesus. It gives you the joy of salvation Ps.51.12 - "Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit".
2). Be filled with Holy Ghost. Joy comes from the Holy spirit Gal.5.22 - "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,"
3). Abiding in God's presence. Ps.16.11.
4) . Walking in righteousness. Joy is found in delighting in God's word Ps.119:111
PRAYER POINTS
Thank God for who He is in your life and what He has done in your life and your family. Appreciate God for His faithfulness to Christlike family. Father, I pray that You fill me with the joy of the Lord, that overwhelming joy. Christlike Assembly family will continually be strong in the Lord. Pray for the servant of God Pst Mrs. Christiana Odunayo Omotayo Joshua Ketiku that her joy over the ministry and her children shall not be stolen in Jesus name. Thank God for answered prayers.
