16TH MARCH.
SCRIPTURE: Luke 1:35.
“The angel said unto Mary, “The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee”. The moment you got born again, the Holy Spirit comes inside of you to dwell 1Cor. 3:16 says, “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” Without the Holy Ghost in you, you are powerless and you can do nothing John 15:5.- It is the duty of every child of God to be filled with and controlled by the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians5:18). When the Holy Ghost comes upon you;
- You receive power to witness unto Him Act1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth”.
- You are filled with joy and gladness Romans13:15-19.
- You are anointed to do good. Act 10:38.
- You receive the ability to continue to walk in obedience Ezekiel 36.
- He will teach, guide you into all truth and bring into remembrance all He had said to you. John14:26.
PRAYER POINTS
Thank God for the gift of Holy Ghost. Deliberately and purposely yield yourself to the Holy spirit now and ask Him to empower you to do good and to be committed to the work of an evangelist. Pray for the move of God in our church and for His servant to yield herself more to the power of the Holy Ghost for great exploits for the Lord.
